Can I try a lesson before I choose a teacher?

Of course, and we recommend it! Note however that not all teachers offer a free introductory course. They really should.

How can I book and pay for my lessons?

Once you have chosen the teacher or language school of your dreams, or at least the one that best suits your learning goals, click “Book” and you will be redirected to our payment page. From there you can specify your preferences: session type, schedule, and payment details. Select “Validate your booking” to complete booking and payment.

Can I cancel my lesson?

Yes, of course. If you can no longer participate in a lesson, or do not wish to continue your training with a particular teacher, you can cancel your lesson(s) according to the teachers cancellation policy. Your teacher has the option to offer either a “Flexible” or “Strict” cancellation policy. Check out the details here.

Will I receive a refund if I cancel my lesson?

You will be reimbursed based on teacher’s cancellation policy and deadline specified for each type of lesson. Check out the details here.

Where can I check my bookings?

There's an easy way to keep an eye on your bookings. Log into your account, click on your name (top right hand corner of the page) and select “Dashboard”.

What if my teacher doesn’t attend my lesson?

Good question. We’ll have a word with him or her.

How do I reset or change my password?

If you forget your password or want to change it, worry not. Just click on “Reset my password” in “Log in” section and you will receive an e-mail with the instructions to create your new password.

I want to change my profile details.

You will be able to update your profile as often as you want. To do so, log in into your account. Under your name, on the top right-hand side menu, select “Edit my account” and voilà, you can now manage your profile.

How do I become a Gymglish Partner?

To become a Gymglish partner, you create your Partner account, fill in your profile and follow the checklist. You’ll learn about partnership terms, get advice and support from our team, and develop and submit your partnership application.

How much it cost to list my offers?

Listing your offers on your platform is 100% free of charge. Gymglish takes a 10% commission on the invoice.

How many offers can I list?

You can add as many listings as you wish.

When do I get paid?

You get paid 24h after giving your first lesson (after your free sample lesson, if applicable).

How can update my bank details and payment info?

Log into your account, click on your name and select “Dashboard”. Here you can manage your preferences by selecting “Edit my bank details” and/or “Edit billing details”

How can I change my listings?

It’s quick and easy to change or upgrade your listings at any time. Just head to your account page, located in the top right menu. Click on your name, select “Manage listings” and you will see all your listings. Choose the listing you want to change and click on “Edit my listing”
